AUCTION END TIMES
All Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Auctions are timed events and subject to extended bidding due to bidding activity. Rowell Auctions, inc. reserves the right to adjust the auto extension time period.
EXAMPLE: Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Real Estate Auctions have an auto extend feature. Any bid placed within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 5 minutes in addition to the time remaining on the auction clock at the time the bid was placed. Example: If an auction scheduled to end at 2:00 p.m. receives a bid at 1:59 p.m., the close time of the auction automatically extends to 2:04 p.m. The auto-extend feature remains active until no further bids are received on the entire bidding group of properties within the 5 minute time frame. Rowell Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the auto extension time period.
TERMS FOR LAUNDROMAT EQUIPMENT:
All equipment and fixtures sell “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties express or implied. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to condition and quality. The purchaser will rely solely on his/her judgment in any purchase.
LAUNDROMAT EQUIPMENT PAYMENT
The successful Purchaser will make payment in full at the close of the auction. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to obtain the contract price. Sales tax of 7% will be charged on all applicable purchases. Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from paying sales tax if the dealer has the sales tax number and signs the sales tax exemption form.
A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the bid price to determine the final sales price.
Buyer’s Premium Example:
Bid Price: $100.00
Plus 10% Buyer’s Premium: $10.00
Total Contract Price: $110.00
RETRIVAL OF EQUIPMENT
By appointment only. Please call Tony Deloache at 229-890-0681. All personal property is to be removed as soon as possible but no later than Friday, September 30th, 2016. Purchaser is responsible for any damages to building for equipment removal.
STIPULATIONS OF EQUIPMENT REMOVAL
A) Purchaser shall be responsible for properly disconnecting all equipment from electrical, gas & water supply. Electricity will be disconnected at the nearest junction with proper enclosure of all wiring.
B) Dryer exhaust vents are to be terminated below the ceiling with the roof vent remaining with the building.
Shipping is not available for this event.
The identity of all bidders will be verified, bidding rights are provisional, and if complete verification is not possible, Rowell will reject the registration, and bidding credentials will not be issued.
GENERAL TERMS FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY
Rowell Auctions reserves the right to remove or cancel the bids and or bidding rights and privileges of any party at any time deemed not to be in the best interest of the seller.
Anything the seller or Rowell Auctions knows about items has been disclosed in the published materials. All properties are sold “as-is” without any further inspections or repairs.
You are not allowed possession of the personal property until after payment. NO EXCEPTIONS. All items are subject to prior sale or removal from the auction.
In all transactions, the auctioneer is acting as agent for the seller, not as buyer’s agent.
Rowell Auctions, Inc. and the Seller have gathered this information and believe it to be correct to the best of our knowledge.
