TERMS FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY:
All items sell “As Is, Where Is” with no guarantees or warranties express or implied. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to condition, grade and authenticity. The purchaser will rely solely on his/her judgment in any purchase.
PERSONAL PROPERTY PAYMENT
The successful Purchaser(s) will make payment in full at the close of the auction. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to obtain the contract price. Sales tax of 7% will be charged on all applicable purchases. Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from paying sales tax if the dealer has the sales tax number and signs the sales tax exemption form.
PERSONAL PROPERTY RETRIEVAL
Upon the close of the auction and full payment successful purchasers may retrieve personal property at 106 Thomas Street, Bainbridge, GA. Possession will be granted upon final payment. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All personal property must be removed from the load out site during this time. Any Purchaser needing additional time to remove purchases must make arrangements with the auctioneer prior to bidding. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The identity of all bidders will be verified, bidding rights are provisional, and if complete verification is not possible, Rowell will reject the registration, and bidding credentials will not be issued.
A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to determine the final sales price.

Bid Price: $100.00
Plus 15% Buyer’s Premium: $15.00
Total Contract Price: $115.00

AUCTION END TIMES
All Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Auctions are timed events and subject to extended bidding due to bidding activity. Rowell Auctions, inc. reserves the right to adjust the auto extension time period.
EXAMPLE: Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Real Estate Auctions have an auto extend feature. Any bid placed within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 5 minutes in addition to the time remaining on the auction clock at the time the bid was placed. Example: If an auction scheduled to end at 4:30 p.m. receives a bid at 4:29 p.m., the close time of the auction automatically extends to 4:34 p.m. The auto-extend feature remains active until no further bids are received on an individual item within the 5 minute time frame. Rowell Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the auto extension time period.
GENERAL TERMS FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY
Rowell Auctions reserves the right to remove or cancel the bids and or bidding rights and privileges of any party at any time deemed not to be in the best interest of the seller.
Anything the seller or Rowell Auctions knows about items has been disclosed in the published materials. All properties are sold “As-Is” without any further inspections or repairs. All items are subject to prior sale or removal from the auction.
Rowell Auctions, Inc. provides online bidding as a convenience of bidders. Rowell Auctions, Inc. will not be liable for any faulty equipment, failure of equipment, faulty software, failure of software, lack of internet service connection or signals or failure for any online bid that is not relayed to the auctioneer in a timely manner.
In the event a winning bidder fails to submit payment as provided in the Auction Terms, within 24 hours of the auction close, the entire outstanding balance will be settled to the bidder’s credit card on file.
In all transactions, Rowell Auctions, Inc. is acting as agent for the seller, not as buyer's agent. Rowell Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to remove or cancel the bids and or bidding rights and privileges of any party, deemed not to be in the best interest of the seller, at any time. At auctions with reserve, the seller and/or auctioneer reserves the right to bid on the Seller’s behalf. On all other auctions, auctioneer reserves the right to bid on auctioneer’s behalf when permitted by law.
