TERMS FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY
All items sell “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties express or implied. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to grade and authenticity. The purchaser will rely solely on his/her judgment in any purchase.
Payment: The successful Purchaser(s) will make payment in full at the close of the auction in the form of cash, cashier’s check, credit card, money order or wire transfer. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to obtain the contract price. Sales tax of 8% will be charged on all applicable purchases. Any purchases totaling $3,500 or greater shall be paid be CERTIFIED funds (Cash, Cashier’s Check or Wire).
Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from paying sales tax if the dealer provides their sale tax resale number and executes the sale tax exemption form.
Possession of the personal property will be granted upon final payment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Auction End Times: All Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Real Estate Auctions are timed events.
Example: Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Only Auctions have an auto extend feature. Any bid placed within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 5 minutes from the time the bid is placed. Example: If an auction scheduled to end at 10:00 a.m. receives a bid at 9:59 a.m., the close time of the auction automatically extends to 10:04 a.m. The auto-extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within the 5 minute time frame. Rowell Auctions reserves the right to adjust the auto extension time period.
Auction bid ending time is subject to automatic extend feature.
Buyer’s Premium: A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to determine the final sales price.
Buyer’s Premium Example:
Bid Price: $10,000.00
Plus 10% Buyer’s Premium: $1,500.00
Sales Tax: 8% $920.00
Total Sales Price: $12,420.00

If you are unable to retrieve on these dates, please schedule an appointment to retrieve items by calling John Rowell or Michael Brooks at (229) 985-8388.
Shipping: Items are available for retrieval as listed above. If a purchaser wishes to have items shipped, all packing and shipping charges will be at the purchaser’s expense.
In order to retrieve purchases, a paid invoice must be presented at pickup location by purchaser or their representative. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rowell Auctions reserves the right to remove or cancel the bids and or bidding rights and privileges of any party at any time deemed not to be in the best interest of the seller.
All items are subject to prior sale or removal from the auction.
Inventory counts are not guaranteed. While every effort has been made to provide an accurate count for each offering, actual quantities may vary slightly. All items are sold by the lot not by the count. (Onsite inspection is highly recommended before bidding)
On identical items offered in multiple lots, the photos used for advertising purposes are representative in nature and may not be the actual lot. (Onsite inspection is highly recommended before bidding)
Various lots have damage attributed to rodents as would be common in a warehouse facility without active periodic extermination services. All items sell “As-Is.”(Onsite inspection is highly recommended)
